Answer
Easy One hand install start from the rear
Make sure tote is hanging over into the back of cart
and use a lasso motion to catch the front of the cart
Then wean the belt thru the metal bar and secure baby
{ with hook snap hook to cart before all steps above}

8. What is the Safety Hook For?
Answer
The safety hook is an additional safety feature
that let*s
you hook the belt
to the metal bar of the shopping cart for extra support and
easier installation of the cart covers.

9. The tote bag is it attached or Seperate?
Answer
Attached, why? because we as moms have so much
to carry and REMEMBER
Covers4kids decided attaching the tote to the rear of the cover
will aviod misplacing or leaving your tote bag in the stores.

Large.... enough to fit extra bottles,
